  • Diet - Eat plenty of seasonal fruits and green vegetables daily. Drink plenty of water. One can also take plenty of liquids in form of vegetables soup, vegetable juice, milk, lassi, coconut water, lemon water etc. Consume daily good quality of protein in the form of egg, fish, chicken, nuts (badam and walnuts), milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses.
  • Walk - Should wake up early, and go for a walk. It should be in regular practice. If not possible then just Go where you like, spend some time out in the morning. You can opt to buy milk, vegetables, newspaper or whatever. Just go out. Slowly increase the speed of your walk, gradually farther away to buy things.
  • Exercise - Regular exercise is important to control weight . Exercise helps you in burning calories and lose weight, thus protecting you from chronic disease.
  • Breathing - Breath in and breath out deeply whenever you remember.
  • Postures - Learn how to sit, stand, move and exercise in a balanced manner to reduce the neck and lower back pain to a great extent.
  • Body Mass Index - Maintain ideal body weight Height in cm -100 = ideal body weight in Kg.
